Refund Policy
What a payment buys
A single $8.99 USD payment adds 150 credits, which is exactly what one Bulin 47 AI freestyle or one Migos AI duo uses. There is no subscription, so you’re only charged again if you decide to buy again.
Automatic credit return
- If a render fails, or gets blocked under our content rules, after its credits were spent, those credits go back to your balance automatically.
- This happens once per render, and the progress page tells you when it has.
- Returned credits can fund another attempt, with the same or new photos, in the same browser, at no extra cost.
- Credits live in your browser’s anonymous session for 30 days and can’t move to another browser or device.
Slow isn’t failed
Some renders take a while. A render that is still running hasn’t failed, and its credits aren’t returned while it continues. Please don’t pay twice for the same photos; check the progress page in the same browser instead.
Money-back requests
A credit return is different from a cash refund, and cash refunds never happen automatically. If you think you’re owed money, for instance a double charge or credits you paid for but couldn’t use, email us no later than 7 days after paying. Tell us the date, the amount and, if you have it, the email on your Stripe receipt. Requests arriving after 7 days are normally not eligible.
Each request is reviewed on its own. Every render costs us paid AI processing, so a completed video that simply isn’t what you pictured is usually not eligible. When we do return a payment, its unused credits are cancelled.
This policy doesn’t reduce any refund rights your local consumer law gives you.
