Who this agreement is with

These terms form an agreement between you and whoever operates Bulin 47 AI (“we”, “our”), the service at bulin47ai.fans. Uploading a photo, paying for credits or starting a render means you accept these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Refund Policy.

To pay or start a render, you need to be legally able to enter a contract in the place where you live.

The two products

Bulin 47 AI freestyle: you supply one picture, either of you or of a consenting adult. AI models turn it into a single vertical (9:16), 720p, roughly 12-second clip in which that person raps a street freestyle outside a red-lit doorway at night while a friend holding a speaker responds. We build this scene ourselves with AI; no frames of the viral original are used and none of its participants appear. Mouth movement is timed to the verse of the trend sound, which is not in the file. You attach it on the platform when you post.

Migos AI duo: you supply two pictures, one per performer. AI models produce a single landscape (16:9), 720p, 15-second clip on an orange stage with a microphone hanging between the pair: Photo 1 raps, Photo 2 dances. The file has no audio; Photo 1 lip-syncs to the first bars of a sound from TikTok’s library, “HOTEL LOBBY (Unc & Phew) - - A COLORS SHOW”, and attaching it when you post is up to you. The original performers’ likeness and footage are not used, and there are no prompt or model settings to adjust.

Generative AI is not predictable. Faces, hair, hands, outfits and backgrounds can shift, and a performer may not match the photo exactly. How long a render takes is set by the queue at our AI provider, so no delivery time is promised.

Your photos, your responsibility

Whatever rights you hold in your photos stay with you. You allow us to store and process them, and to pass them to our AI provider, solely to produce your video and operate the service, for the periods listed in the Privacy Policy.

Before a render starts you must confirm you may use each photo and that every identifiable person in it agreed. Getting that agreement is your job. The checkbox records your promise; it is not a verification on our side.

Your finished video

We claim no ownership of videos you make. Use yours for any lawful purpose, provided you respect these terms, the people shown and the rules of the platforms you post on, including any AI-labelling requirements.

Videos are private. Their pages and downloads open only in the browser session that made them, or through a signed link we display to you. Files are erased 7 days after they’re ready, so save a copy.

Credits and payment

• One video of either kind uses 150 credits. A single payment of $8.99 USD adds 150 credits. You are never put on a subscription, and no charge repeats.
• Stripe processes every payment. Your full card number never reaches us.
• Credits carry no cash value and can’t be sold or transferred.
• Nobody signs up. Your credits are attached to an anonymous browser cookie valid for 30 days; once it is cleared or runs out, or you move to another browser or device, those credits can’t be recovered.
• If a render fails or is blocked after credits were spent, they return to the same browser session automatically, once. A slow render hasn’t failed; please don’t pay again while one is still running.
• Money-back requests follow the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use Policy applies at all times. We may decline photos, stop a render or restrict access when we think the rules are being broken, to keep people and the service safe, or where legally required.

Fan project, no official ties

Bulin 47 AI is an independent fan-made service. Bulin 47, Kevin Wai, Quavo, Takeoff’s estate, Migos, COLORS, their labels and the social platforms have not partnered with, approved or sponsored it. Neither product ships an original recording: you add the sound from the platform’s licensed library when posting.

Changes to the service

Any part of the service, including templates, AI provider and price, may change, pause or end without notice. A price change never touches a payment you already made. When these terms change, the date at the top changes too, and the version live when you start a render governs that render.

Warranty disclaimer and liability cap

We provide the service “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law permits, we give no promises other than those written here, and our combined liability for any claim about the service is capped at what you paid us during the 30 days before that claim. Consumer rights that the law says cannot be waived are not affected.

Applicable law

These terms fall under the law of the People’s Republic of China; in this context that means the law of mainland China, excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Please reach out to us first so we can try to settle any issue informally. If that doesn’t work, a competent court in mainland China will decide the dispute.

This section does not take away any protection given to you by mandatory consumer law.
